Friday’s Luncheon Noon–1:30 p.m.
Often the best adviser information and advice happens during informal conversations around a luncheon table. For this opportunity, join the convention planning committee at the Friday Adviser Luncheon, featuring a talk by Jack Kennedy, MJE, who is JEA past president and Colorado High School Press Association executive director. It’s an opportunity to make new friends, ask questions and share experiences. Friday’s luncheon is sponsored by Walsworth.

Saturday’s Luncheon Noon–2:20 p.m.
JEA and NSPA will present their annual awards. New and renewing Certified Journalism Educators and Master Journalism Educators also will be recognized. Speakers will be the JEA Yearbook and Broadcast Advisers of the Year. Saturday’s luncheon is sponsored by Herff Jones.

Saturday’s luncheon has been moved to the Pinnacle Club , 555 17th Street (38th floor), to allow for more attendees. This is about an eight minute walk from the convention hotel.
